Finding bistro 90 on what I consider to be a back road, by Washington, DC standards, in a small strip mall, was like finding a epicurean diamond in the rough. The menu is fantastic, having a wonderful variety of interesting selections, which displayed the chef’s creativity and talent. The food is so pleasing to the palate, that it is best described by the phrase “It tastes like more”, Simply saying the food is awesome or fabulous just doesn’t do it justice. Roland has captured the essence of Italy. Quality in an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The service was wonderful and Roland’s selection of Bradley Boandl as Executive Chef and Shane Ratliff is a credit not only to Roland, but to Bistro 90 and Bradley and Shane as well.
My first visit convinced me that it would not be my last. In fact, dining at bistro 90 will be one of my missions every time I visit the area. Thank you Roland, Bradley, Shane and the entire Bistro 90 staff for a wonderful dining experience.
