Prime Steaks & Chops
Dry Aged, hand cut, U.S.D.A. prime only. Prime steaks and chops have become our signature items, as we are the only all prime steak restaurant on the Grand Strand to hand-cut all of our dry-aged, boneless steaks to order. Beef accounts for less than 3% of ALL graded beef.
Locally Sourced Ingredients
Local and organically sourced farm-to-table items, from SC and NC certified growers including Worley Lane Farms, A&A Produce Company, Prince Farms, Holden Brothers Farms, and Jaws Farms. We serve only the finest, freshest, seafood available, delivered daily from certified waters.
