We heard so much about Bistro 90 from our friends from NJ. We were astonished with the quality, presentation and the excellent food. We started with the Blackened Beef tips and shrimp with the orange-horseradish dipping sauce. Then on to two delicious soups: pasta fagiole and one of the best mushroom soups we have ever eaten. Our entree choices were the Duck Breast Special with cherry-thyme sauce and a Super-sized Veal Chop stuffed with prosciutto, mozzarella and basil with a port wine mushroom reduction sauce. This is definitely one of the best restaurants around. Will be back OFTEN!!! We applaud Roland & his staff for the wonderful experience!!
